• Support Indus network (unify documentation, create user guides, incidents management).
• Deals with main Indus incident - customer facing, relay with the RUN team & expert.
• Support and management of Airbus IoT solutions (process, documentation, KPI’s report..).
• Provisioning & delivery of 4G transatel SIM cards for INDUS Network.
• IP migration of LMT (logistic) devices (activity on going).
• Migration & cleaning of INDUS network enclave’s inventory.
• Authentication failure of mobile devices investigation.
Requisitos
Telecommunication degree
Knowledge of 4G, IoT and/or Private networks
English B2/C1
