We are currently looking for a IoT Solution Engineer with at least 5 years of work experience to participate in a project within a client in the Telecom sector. In this case, you will work on-site at the client's office located in Getafe (Madrid).
What will your day-to-day work be like?
Support Indus network (unify documentation, create user guides, incidents management).
Deals with main Indus incident - customer facing, relay with the RUN team & expert.
Support and management of client IoT solutions (process, documentation, KPI’s report..).
Provisioning & delivery of 4G transatel SIM cards for INDUS Network.
IP migration of LMT (logistic) devices (activity on going).
Migration & cleaning of INDUS network enclave’s inventory.
Authentication failure of mobile devices investigation.

Requisitos
Telecommunication degree
Knowledge of 4G, IoT and/or Private networks
High level of english
