We are currently looking for a Testing and Deployment manager, with at least 5 years of work experience in project management and BSS systems for a client in the telecommunications sector. In this case, the hybrid model will be used.
How will your day to day be:
· Manage end to end testing life cycle.
· Owner for E2E test and acceptance.
· Overall responsibility for testing and deployment in production of changes and new functionalities.
· Definition of activities and tasks to achieve project targets.
· Coordination of internal and external stakeholders, including customer relationship.
· Formulate a reasonable acceptance plan based on the project delivery master plan to ensure that the acceptance test is completed successfully.
· Review test cases and acceptance manuals, and be responsible for their quality. After requirement changes occur, organize the update of test cases and organization manuals in time, and communicate with the customer about the update to ensure that all test cases and acceptance manuals submitted to the customer contain only the contents of the project benchmark delivery scope.
· Be responsible of internal FAT test completion.
· Take charge of the on-site UAT test and joint test for multiple product versions, collect, sort, track, and push the resolution of various problems found during the test, and push the resolution of the problems in time.
· If the customer requests out of the contract during the test, guide the customer to follow the requirement change process.

Requisitos
- English fluent
- Project management experience.
- Customer relationship experience.
- Be familiar with testing process, including planning and execution coordination.
- Experience with BSS systems, products, processes and business related to BSS.
- Knowledge of Telecom operators market.
